IN STORE RETURN POLICY

Regular priced items are welcomed back for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase receipt date provided they are in their original condition with tags on, must be accompanied by the original receipt and approved by Jac's Boutique  

No Exceptions Please.

SALE or Discounted Items - Online and In Store

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on Sale items.

In addition, we cannot accept returns/ offer refunds on the following: sale items, special occasion wear, undergarments, pierced earrings, and hats & hair accessories.

Regular Priced Items
We want you to love your new Jac's pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your regular-priced items, we are pleased to offer you a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date or shipping date whichever is later.

 

Returned items must be in new condition with tags on and  have  receipt or packing slip with the item. Once your refund is processed you will be notified by email.

Please allow up to 7-days for your return to be processed. Jac's Boutique cannot claim responsibility for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.

Shipping items back to Jac's Boutique is your responsibility and costs incurred.   Ship to
